So… better late than never I always say!
I’ve been struggling with my internet today… which if you can imagine is a bit irritating when trying to run an ONLINE business. BUT here I am! I made it!!!
Today is the last Wednesday in June which mean one last wrap to post about this month for my little series. I had several ideas for this final wrap but sometimes leftovers and ingredients on hand decide for me. This week I wanted to include a lettuce wrap because I feel they are equally worthy of a highlight. So put down your carbs today and join me.
Seriously, follow me… there’s bacon ahead!
Grab a lettuce leaf and stuff it with bacon and tomatoes.

Unfortunately I didn’t have any more avocados on hand for this wrap. Avocados on my BLT’s are like icing on the cake!
So you have your classics and then you drizzle on some homemade (okay, slightly homemade) aioli!
A delightful mix of mayo, lemon juice, garlic and spicy seasonings.
Wrap it up!

- Wrap
- 2-3 Slices Bacon, Cooked
- Iceberg Lettuce Leaf
- 1 Roma Tomato, Sliced
- 1/2 Avocado, Sliced (not pictured)
- Aioli
- 2 Tbsp Mayo
- Lemon Juice
- Garlic Powder
- Ms. Dash Spicy Seasoning
- Layer the bacon pieces in the lettuce leaf with the tomato and avocado.
- In a small dish combine mayo, lemon juice (about 1/2 tsp.), and seasonings to your liking. Taste as you go!
- Drizzle on the aioli, wrap and enjoy!
