Behind the scenes
Hi, I’m Lauren
I was born and raised on a small farm in Missouri — in a town with no stoplights, where the cows outnumber the people, and community still means everything. I wouldn’t trade those roots for the world.
Like many country kids, I set out to explore, but found my heart right back home. My husband and I settled into an early 1900s farmhouse just a stone’s throw from where we grew up. Over the last decade, we’ve poured love into renovating our little homestead and raising four beautiful babies right here on the land we cherish.
These days, I run Rustic Honey — a lifestyle blog, YouTube channel, and online shop — all from my cozy farmhouse office and a small building on our property.
When I’m not creating content or packing up orders, you’ll find me with coffee in hand, something baking in the oven, chasing kids (or cows), dodging Nerf bullets, or swinging a gate open somewhere on the farm. It’s a beautiful kind of chaos — and I truly love it.
