No Bake Energy Bites

Energy bites with natural peanut butter and local honey

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Rolled Oats
  • ½ cup Ground Flax Seed Meal
  • ½ cup Natural Peanut Butter
  • cup Local Honey
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • cup Walnuts chopped
  • ¼ cup Chocolate chips dark chocolate would be great!

Instructions
 

  • Combine all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl until a soft dough forms.
  • Spoon out the energy balls using a cookie scoop and roll them between your hands to condense them into snack bites.
  • Chill and store in the refrigerator. They will set up and be ready to grab on the go!
