Let’s face it, we could all be eating more vegetables! I always find it hard to get excited about this food group. However, this roasted broccoli recipe has definitely made things easier! I actually want to eat broccoli… without drowning it in ranch dressing!
This quick, healthy and delicious roasted broccoli recipe is only 3 ingredients!
Roasted Broccoli
Ingredients:
- 2 Broccoli Crowns
- Olive Oil
- Garlic Salt, to taste
Directions:
- Wash and chop the broccoli crowns to uniform size and spread on a foil-lined baking sheet.
- Simply drizzle with olive oil and season with garlic salt to your liking. Gently toss to coat.
- Roast in a 400 degree oven for 10-12 minutes until fork tender and roasted to your liking.
I love to serve the roasted broccoli as a side dish but I have also added it to fettuccini alfredo and on top of loaded baked potatoes. Roasting the broccoli simply adds a great flavor!
