When it comes to adult beverages, I usually keep it pretty simple and consistent.
Whisky or beer.
I’ve never been too big on fruity drinks, one here or there maybe, but there is one treat I have to have in the summertime!
Summer Brew!
If you have never tried this delicious libation, please stay tuned. Heck, everyone needs to stay tuned for this one!
You see this drink begins with frozen lemonade and ends with beer. It’ll knock your socks off… possibly in the literal sense if you aren’t careful! 😉
Ingredients:
- 1 can Frozen Lemonade Concentrate (try other flavors too!)
- 1 can Sprite
- 1 can (empty lemonade can) Vodka
- 4-6 cans Beer (your choice – would recommend a light beer)
Directions:
- Add frozen lemonade to a pitcher, then take the empty can to measure in the Sprite and vodka. Then add in the beer and mix. Serve chilled or over ice.
- Drink with caution! Some people call this drink “porch crawlers” and you can imagine why! TIP: You can definitely do less vodka in this recipe! It’s all about preference!
- Double or triple the batch for a crowd!
I love this stuff but I always make sure there are plenty of people around to drink it because it is potent! I’m a bit of a ‘lightweight’ after having a baby!
Have you had Summer Brew before? Do you make it the same way?
Cheers!
