This recipe has become a staple in our family and it is so easy to remember and throw together all summer long. This homemade ice cream recipe comes together quickly and always pleases a crowd!

I also added a video for this recipe along with some views of our Memorial Day this year. It was a relaxing day at home for us this year.
It was a rainy day which put an end to our fishing plans. But hey, we made the most of it with homemade ice cream instead!

Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream | Simple & Easy | No Eggs
Equipment
- Ice Cream Maker – I recommend White Mountain!
Ingredients
- 6 cups Whole Milk
- 4 cups Half & Half
- 2 cups Heavy Whipping Cream
- 2 ¾ cups Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 2 tablespoons Vanilla
- Ice
- Ice Cream Salt
Instructions
- Heat the milk in a large pot until just slightly bubbling at the edges. Remove from heat and stir in sugar and salt until dissolved.
- Stir in the half & half, whipping cream and vanilla until well combined.
- Refrigerate until ready to make (at least 25-30 minutes to cool)
- Pour mixture into your ice cream maker, seal and surround with lots of ice and ice cream salt.
- Churn away!
