Happy Fall Y’all!
Fall doesn’t technically start until Sunday but I just can’t wait any longer!
It looks like fall.
It smells like fall.
Heck, I think it should just be FALL! Look at our corn!
As you may know, I have been capturing photos of our corn throughout the summer. It still fascinates me how quickly it can grow!
Summer 2013 left me with this progression…
I took the photos every few weeks (not a truly consistent schedule) at the exact same spot. I hope to put the photos together in black and white for a nice wall hanging.
It really has been a great summer but I am more than ready for fall! It is my favorite time of year!
Today I am enjoying a little rain and cooler temperatures with the windows OPEN! We prayed for the rain and again it finally arrived to settle the dust – much needed! I took this photo last weekend while checking cows with Dan.
Hard to keep a car clean on these roads!
I hope the cooler weather finds you pickin’ pumpkins, sippin’ cider and gettin’ cozy!

Yay for fall!! and yay for that gorgeous corn!! it certainly feels like fall here in boston, so even though its not official, i think it counts 🙂
