- 1 tsp sea salt
- 2 1/4 tsp. instant Yeast
- 1 cup warm water
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp sugar (or honey)

Step By Step Directions For Easy 5-Minute Pizza Dough Recipe
Preheat The Oven
First, I preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Prep the Dry Ingredients
In a stand mixer with the dough hook attachment add the flour and salt.
Let the Yeast Bloom
In a separate bowl combine warm water, yeast and sugar until bubbly and sugar dissolved. About 5 minutes.

Ready to Mix
Turn on the mixer and slowly pour in the water mixture. Continue to run mixer on low and add the olive oil.
Knead it!
Blend and knead just until combined and pulling away from the sides of the mixer.

Let it Rise
Cover and allow to rise for 5 min (longer if not using an instant yeast).
Roll it Out
Roll the dough into the shape you would like – or use your hands to flatten it out!

Add Toppings
