Howdy Everyone!
Gosh, I’ve missed you all! Unfortunately, last week was a bit crazy as I worked hard to prepare for the Crafts & Drafts Event in Kansas City; therefore, my posts were a bit non-existent here on the blog!
I often have to remind myself I can’t always “do-it-all!” AND since I have the best readers IN THE WORLD, you understand my absence here and there!
Saturday was a great event and I wanted to send a special thank you to all who could attend! We loved having you stop by! Our day started before the sun came up as we made the drive to Kansas City with a full load for our booth! One of my best friends, Jenny, helped me with the event and some of our handmade goods!
Crafts & Drafts, hosted by The Pitch, showcased local crafters/artists, local breweries and food trucks! When I heard about this event I knew Rustic Honey needed to be a part of it! Food, beer and crafts = perfect event!
Here is a quick look at our day and our booth!
New shopping bags! Woop woop!
Handmade scarves, windows, signs, chalkboard mason jar tumblers, painted pillows, barn wood shelves and of course some online favorites as well – EVERYTHING COUNTRY LIVING!
Mason Jar Tumblers pre-wrapped for the holidays! These made seriously adorable gifts! We stayed BUSY the entire show with such a great turnout! It was so fun to present shoprustichoney.com in person!
We did find some time to enjoy the other parts of the event, including the pumpkin ale! SO DELICIOUS!
AND I finally had the opportunity to roll out some items from our new Tiny Honey line for the kiddos! It went over great so I can’t wait to add more and get it online for everyone! We were exhausted after the event but did make it out for a celebration dinner (starving after barely eating all day)!
I took Sunday “off” and completely let myself be a football watching, popcorn munching, napping, couch potato – ALL DAY LONG! It was amazing… I may just make that a habit this fall!
I hope you also recharged this weekend! If you didn’t make it to Crafts & Drafts, please come and see us this coming Saturday at Lakeland High School (Deepwater, MO) for another fun-filled, “rustichoney-packed” show!
Hope to see you soon!
